Starbucks' 12 Gifts of Cheer Contest Mechanics:
1. The Starbucks 12 Gifts of Cheer promo will run from November 15 to December 4, 2016.
2. To join the contest, interested participants must go to the Starbucks 12 Gifts of Cheer website (http://www.starbuckspromotions.ph/)
3. The Starbucks 12 Gifts of Cheer is a give-a- gift promo wherein interested participants will need to choose one (1) Starbucks Gift Set from the twelve (12) Starbucks Gift Sets to send to someone. There is no purchase requirement needed. Interested participants are simply required to choose a Starbucks Gift Set to send to someone and not for themselves. A total of twelve (12) winners will be raffled off for the Starbucks Gift Sets. Winners will be notified that their chosen Starbucks Gift Set will be sent to their registered receiver with a personalized message.
4. Participants will be required to register with their name, contact number, e-mail address and home address to enter the promo.
5. After choosing a Starbucks Gift Set, participants are required to input the details of the person they would want to give the gift set to. Information required will be the name, complete address for delivery of the Gift Set and contact number. They will also need to input a personalized message for the person that they would want to send the gift to.
6. Deadline for submission of raffle entries is on December 4, 2016 at 11:59 PM.
7. There will be a total of twelve (12) winners that will be chosen through raffle. Each Starbucks Gift Set will be raffled off. There can only be one (1) winner per Starbucks Gift Set.
8. Interested participants can only choose one (1) Starbucks Gift Set. A submitted entry can only win in one Starbucks Gift Set category.
9. Winners will be determined on December 7, 2016 at 5:00 PM. A DTI representative shall be present during the raffle draw which will be held at 4/F Rustan Coffee Building, 14 Jupiter St. cor. Asteroid St., Bel Air 1, Makati City.
10. Raffle will be done through Random.org, wherein the summary of entries will be uploaded on this site. Random.org will then generate a list and the first name in each categorized gift set will be determined as the winner.
11. Announcement of winners will be on December 9, 2016 through Starbucks Philippines’ Facebook Page and on the Starbucks 12 Gifts of Cheer website.
12. Winners will be notified through their registered mailing address and e-mail address. They will beadvised that they have won and their chosen gift set will be sent via courier to their chosen receiver within 60 days from receipt of notification e-mail. Otherwise, prize will be forfeited in favor of sponsor with prior approval of DTI.
13. Each Gift Set will be sent via courier (to be shouldered by Rustan Coffee Corporation) to the registered details of the receiver. It will include the personalized message that the registered sender wrote.
14. All employees of Rustan Coffee Corporation (Starbucks Philippines) and Carbon Digital Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
15. Starbucks reserves the right to disqualify any accounts on the basis of the authenticity of the account.This is if the account was created by a robot, software or a duplicated account of a registered user. Per DTI-FTEB SPD Permit No. 14504, series of 2016.
